We have to say.....you really cant beat proper English fish and chips ! Other catering outlets have tried to recreate it here in France, but we know we are one of very few who have managed to do so.
M. Frites have sourced the best cod ever from our trusty reliable supplier, teamed it with home chipped Maris Pipers from England, to bring you a really authentic traditional product.
Do you remember flakes of fresh white cod, wrapped in delicious crispy batter, served with chunky real English Maris Piper chips, splashed with malt vinegar and a tiny sprinkle of salt ? Just try and recall the aroma.....then add a helping of mushy peas, and a squirt of tartare sauce - bliss. It's one of the only things we actually miss from the UK. 
We have a custom built mobile fish and chip shop, bursting with fabulous produce. We've been running our business in France for over 3 years now, (but have been here a lot longer). Having been in catering for many years we know we have sourced the right products, so...

Indroducing our lovely food to the French has been both a delight and success. Make an evening with friends and family by settling down at one of the bars we hook up with. Here you are able to wash down your Fish 'n' Chips with a refreshing glass/bottle of beer or wine, or whatever else they have to offer. Your food will be delivered to you to either eat in the bar, or take away. Our malt vinegar, salt, lemon wedges and tartare sauce, napkins, knives and forks are all in the bar for you.
